Everyone loves a sweet treat, and I personally believe that a social occasion is never complete without one (or two, or six!). This week’s post focuses on Keto Friendly Sweets.
I am a massive sweets person, lollies and cake in particular. Dan’s downfall is ice cream and chocolate, and the kids will stuff their faces with anything that contains sugar. After bread & pastries, lollies has been one of the hardest habits to break for me. Quite a few times in the past a stray bag of pineapples or raspberries end up in the trolley, and are stashed in the car for snacking on later. One day the kids accidentally found my stash and I had to share.
Now, they often check my stash spots to keep me on track (or, most likely to see if there are any lollies they can eat). It has worked and I haven’t had any sneaky lolly stashes since then.
I’ve made quite a few keto or low carb snack’s in the past but none have converted the kids – but I’m hoping that some of these recipes below may do the trick.
