What a month of sport it has been, and with the AFL & NRL Grand Finals this weekend to finish off the month, I think we are all looking forward to October, and a relaxing few weeks before we hit peak festive season (Have you spotted any decorations in the supermarkets yet?)
There’s been a lot of great sport this month, but I have to say that I think the highlight for me was Millman’s epic defeat of Federer in the US Open. I always love an underdog and with Millman being Brisbane born it just makes it even sweeter.
So now we get to the final post in our September Sports Food Guide, and what is the one thing that everybody needs to make an event complete? Drinks! But not just any drinks, Keto Friendly Drinks!
Whether they are alcoholic, non-alcoholic, sweet or dry, we have a drink to suit you. We are going with 15 as there were so many to choose from, we couldn’t cut it back to just 10. I could also add to the list all the regular premix drinks, like sugarfree softdrinks, low carb beer & cider, wine, but that’s pretty boring, and we all know they exist.
